Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Alsikafi was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the financial institutions group and with MDP as an Associate for two years. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of NextG Networks, Inc., Univision Communications Inc., and Wind Hellas Telecommunications S.A.

Karla J. Bullard, Director and Chief Accounting Officer  - C.P.A, B.S., University of Illinois; M.B.A., University of Chicago. Prior to joining MDP, Ms. Bullard was with Deerfield Capital Management for four years. Her previous experience included positions with JP Morgan Chase and Arthur Andersen LP, focusing on the financial services sector.
 

Richard H. Copans, Director - B.A., Duke University; M.B.A., Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Copans was with Thomas H. Lee Partners and Morgan Stanley & Co. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Yankee Candle Company, Inc.

Thomas T. Macejko, Jr., Director - A.B., Dartmouth College; M.B.A., Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Macejko was with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown and with MDP as an Associate for two years.

Edward M. Magnus, Director - B.B.A., University of Michigan; M.B.A., Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Magnus was with Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette in the financial institutions group and with MDP as an Associate for two years. Mr. Magnus currently serves on the Board of Directors of Nuveen Investments, Inc.

Ryan M. Roberts, Director - A.B., Princeton University; M.B.A., Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Roberts was with Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of NextG Networks, Inc. and US Power Generating Company.

Brittany A. Smith, Director - B.A., Northwestern University; M.B.A, Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Prior to joining MDP, Ms. Smith was with Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and with MDP as an Associate for two years.

Annie Terry, Director and Assistant General Counsel - B.S. in Accountancy, University of Illinois; J.D., Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to joining MDP, Ms. Terry served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of Allegiance Telecom, Inc., a nationwide competitive local exchange carrier and portfolio company of MDCPII, and was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Ms. Terry has broad experience in complex corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, registered public offerings of common stock, securities and corporate governance counseling (including, SEC reporting) and private equity fund matters. Ms. Terry is responsible for handling legal issues relating to MDP's funds and limited partners, potential investments, portfolio companies and corporate counsel matters.
