Matthew W. Norton, Vice President
- B.S., The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; M.B.A., The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Norton was with Merrill Lynch for three years and with MDP as an Associate for two years. Mr. Norton currently serves on the Board of Directors of Boise Inc. and Forest Products Holdings, L.L.C. (d.b.a. Boise Cascade).
Scott G. Pasquini, Vice President
- B.S.E., Princeton University; M.B.A., Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Pasquini was with GTCR Golder Rauner as an Associate and with Merrill Lynch in their mergers & acquisitions group.
David E. Pequet, Vice President
– B.S., Indiana University. Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Pequet was with the Private Fund Group at Credit Suisse for seven years. While at Credit Suisse, Mr. Pequet was a Vice President raising capital for private equity funds on a global basis. During his tenure, Mr. Pequet represented general partners throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. He is a member of the Investor Relations team at MDP.

- B.B.A., University of Michigan; M.B.A., Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Raino was with Credit Suisse First Boston and with MDP as an Associate for two years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of First Wind Partners, LLC.
