Karla Bullard

Karla J. Bullard, Chief Accounting Officer  - C.P.A, B.S., University of Illinois; M.B.A., University of Chicago. Prior to joining MDP, Ms. Bullard was with Deerfield Capital Management for four years. Her previous experience included positions with JP Morgan Chase and Arthur Andersen LP, focusing on the financial services sector.
 

Jim Kouris

James P. Kouris, Chief Information Officer  - B.S., University of Illinois at Chicago; M.S., DePaul University, M.B.A., Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Before joining MDP, Mr. Kouris worked with GKH Partners, a $600 million fund, and The Pritzker Organization as outside technical consultant and Chief Information Officer for their portfolio companies; he was also an adjunct professor at DePaul University's Graduate School of Computer Science. Mr. Kouris is responsible for leading MDP's information technology area in planning and implementing information systems and programs to support the investment, financial, and other functions of the firm. Mr. Kouris also supports the investment staff on technology deals and the portfolio companies on technological efficiencies.

Kenneth W. Redman, Chief Tax Officer
- B.S. in Accountancy, Northern Illinois University; CPA, AICPA member. Before joining MDP, Mr. Redman was with Arthur Andersen's tax division, serving clients in its financial services practice, including MDP. Mr. Redman is currently responsible for developing and managing MDP's firm-wide tax compliance and reporting functions, while working closely with senior management, portfolio companies, and the firm's outside tax advisors.

Wilson Michael J. Wilson, Vice President, Finance - B.S., M.B.A., Northern Illinois University.  Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Wilson was with First Chicago Venture Capital for two years.  His previous experience included positions with The First National Bank of Chicago, The John D. and Katherine T. MacArthur Foundation, and Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.  Mr. Wilson is responsible for the overall fiscal operation of the firm and its five funds, including responsibility for fund accounting, reporting, treasury function, and tax compliance.
